It has four chambers namely two auricles and two ventricles. For the proper maintenance and regular functioning of a heart continuous and regular diet with practical exercise is required for the human being. The human heart is prone to enormous cardiovascular diseases due to obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure. The level of blood pressure increases when the dat and cholesterol level in the blood increases due to which the walls of the blood vessels develops a thick layer reducing blood circulation.
